Connie Blizzard, PsyD

Connie Blizzard, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist/PsyPact provider. She has training in trauma and advocates for families with school concerns, including behavioral concerns and special education. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, supporting individuals who may or may not be out to their families. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, and learning disabilities are all concerns that she can help you to manage. She has a nonjudgmental and individualized approach to develop a plan customized for you. Dr. Blizzard also volunteers as the Central Maryland Disaster Mental Health Coordinator for the American Red Cross. She has pets who sometimes join the telehealth sessions!
