Claire is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist associate who specializes in treating mental health and substance use disorders. She has experience working with a variety of populations and age groups, mostly through her work as a school-based therapist for middle, elementary and high school students and outpatient therapy with adults. She works with all ages, but her focus is on older children, adolescents, adults with any type of life concerns, mental health or substance use challenge.

Claire brings extensive expertise in dual diagnosis, ensuring that clients receive the necessary resources for their specific needs. With a focus on addressing a wide spectrum of challenges, including trauma, guilt, abuse, addiction, family and relationship issues, self-esteem, mood disorders, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), self-harm, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, panic disorder, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), she offers comprehensive support tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

Claire values being client centered, as she is aware every client is unique, with different needs to achieve their goals. Claire believes the strength-based perspective is applicable to all clients during their healing process, which encourages confidence to become resilient and reach their highest potential, as well as both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy (MBT). While utilizing multiple approaches with each client, she makes sure to collaborate and adjust their treatment as needed.
