Christian Haupt is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marist College in New York. He utilizes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to help clients heal from past events, support them through ongoing stressors, and collaborate with people seeking personal growth and improving their well-being. Drawing from his experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and identities, he tailors his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. With warmth and empathy, Christian aims to help clients aged 16 and older navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, men’s health concerns, and mood disorders. He helps people embrace change, enhance self-esteem, and cultivate healthy relationships.
