Hello, my name is Chrishelle Bryant, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A) supervised by Angela Moorer, LPC-Supervisor. I earned my B.A. and M.S.Ed. from Southern Illinois University and my M.Ed. from Lamar University, and I am currently enrolled at Arizona State University pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. With two years of experience in the mental health field, I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, substance issues, and issues with self-esteem.
In therapy, I use a variety of modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
In my personal time, I’m an animal lover and enjoy traveling to different places, trying new restaurants, practicing Pilates, hiking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience and reach their potential in a safe, supportive environment.
