Therapist

Cheri is a seasoned therapist who believes each person is unique with patterns of personality that have sustained them through life. She uses her creativity and passion to help people discover the patterns that cultivate deeper meaning and connections in their most important relationships. Her certification in attachment based interventions means she will be authentic and create a safe place for you to be your truest self too. She has significant experience supporting all types of relationship work: family of origin, dating, couples, families, parents, those who are single, separated, or divorced.

Cheri was born and raised in Minnesota, she loves boating, knitting, crisp fall evenings around a fire, and watching football. She is in a blended family with her husband who is a special ed teacher and together they have 7 children, most of whom have launched. In a few years they will be empty nesters! She uses her own life experiences to come alongside, empathize, and to help you to find the path that makes sense for you, trusting your strengths and resources and finding your own inner wisdom.
