Caitlin Davis, MSW

Therapist

Hello! I’m Caitlin (she/her). I work with adults facing challenges with overthinking, stress management, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. People often reach out to me when they’re struggling to navigate life transitions, work or school-related stress, establishing boundaries, or are seeking support to shift patterns that no longer serve them. I typically work with young adults, millennials, elders, tech and non-profit professionals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as caregivers and people living with chronic pain.

My approach draws from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. This allows me to tailor sessions to my clients’ unique needs and preferences. My goal is to create a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can freely explore all parts of themselves.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Fordham University and received further clinical training at Jewish Family and Children’s Services.
