Briana Anderson, MA, LADC


Briana is a compassionate counselor who passionately believes in the resilience of every individual. Her mission is to guide people in recognizing their innate strengths and empowering them with the tools to navigate challenges and pursue their goals. Drawing from a blend of person-centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing, Briana tailors her approach to suit each client’s unique journey.

Briana treasures the role of humor in healing and encourages clients to embrace life’s joys amidst its trials. With a background in psychology and sports medicine, Briana approaches her clients holistically, valuing the harmony of mind, body, and soul. Her therapeutic space is warm and authentic, fostering comfort and support for clients to explore emotions and unlock their full potential.

Outside of work, Briana enjoys anything that gets her outside including taking her dog for walks, fishing, and bow hunting. Balancing her love for nature, she also enjoys a quiet evening cooking with her fiancé, watching movies, and reading. The best of both worlds!
