Bre is passionate about ensuring the customer experience when contacting Ellie is first rate. Actively working to remove any obstacles and ensure Ellie staff is supported and able to bring their best authentic selves to work. Bre recognizes the impact a supportive leader has on the service provided by the team and strives to be better each day. Her previous experience in contact center leadership, law enforcement and military gives her a wide variety of skills and experiences to pull from.
Bre is known around the office for having a collaborative, team forward approach. She has background in coaching and team sports which is helpful for identifying the unique traits each team member brings and supporting growth towards individual and team goals. Bre understands the positive impacts of celebration and loves to celebrate successes big or small.
