Seeking therapy is a challenging first step and Beth honors the courage it takes. Beth seeks to create a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment to facilitate the therapeutic relationship. Beth believes clients are experts of their own experiences and takes a person-centered approach towards working collaboratively with each client. Beth is here to support the client in their journey in navigating any challenges life may throw their way. Beth helps clients develop skills to treat themselves with kindness and living a more authentic life. At the end of the day Beth believes everyone deserves to be seen & heard.
Beth’s previous experience includes working in an outpatient mental health practice providing individual therapy to adults; providing care coordination services to older adults to help them live independently in the community and even worked for a few years as a professional bingo caller at a nursing home.
In her free time Beth enjoys going on walks, reading and cooking.
