Beckett Dahlberg, MA

Therapist

Beckett is an energetic and compassionate individual who enjoys learning more about his clients individual needs and tailoring therapy specific to their desires for growth and change. They approach their work primarily by building strong therapeutic rapport which carries over into the therapeutic work they do with their clients. His use of humor, empathy, and trauma-informed care has aided him in his ability to help clients persevere through difficult times.

Beckett works from a family perspective and hopes to engage as much of the family as possible in the therapeutic relationship. With their knowledge of foster/adoptive youth care, working with lawyers and caseworkers, and working with couples and individuals, they have knowledge of the involvement of many systems. One of Beckett’s greatest joys is helping clients find their identity in themselves and encourage their personal growth in a daily fashion.

When not at work, Beckett enjoys going on bike rides with his dog in his backpack, playing with his cat, and spending time with his bunny and bird! Some have even said that he is a goofball not only with his animals, but with children as well–with an in-depth understanding of children’s points of view.
