Aubrey is a Licensed Master Social Worker, with nearly a decade of extensive experience specializing in providing support to children, adolescents, and their families across diverse environments and backgrounds. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven, Aubrey further advanced her expertise by obtaining a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut.

She blends empathy, validation, and a whole lot of enthusiasm with her clients. Utilizing a strengths-based, whole-child, and trauma-informed approach, Aubrey meets her clients where they are and makes sure they’re fully involved in the therapy journey, fostering a sense of empowerment along the way.

Her professional experience includes addressing a spectrum of challenges, not limited to children and teens diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, ODD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, notable behavioral complexities, as well as those who have experiences within the child welfare system.
