Ashley is a warm and inviting therapist who believes that we all have unique lived experiences that deeply influence our present selves. She employs a person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are at in their personal journey. Ashley approaches her work by encouraging clients to honor their narrative while identifying and building on their distinctive strengths and supports to create meaningful and positive change.
Ashley’s previous experience includes work in various higher levels of care including: inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization programming, and intensive outpatient programming working with children, adolescents, adults, and older population. Additionally, Ashley has experience in residential settings working with individuals enduring SPMI and other court-mandated status’.
When not at work, you can find Ashley enjoying life’s simple pleasures such as: good food, music, and film, traveling, playing bocce ball during the summer months, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
