Ariane Raines, LPC

Ariane Raines is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Sex offender treatment provider, and Certified Trauma Treatment Provider. Ariane has experience working with a variety of clients and diagnosis. Her educational background is rooted in a family systems approach. She utilizes this framework as she implements various techniques ranging from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed, IFS informed, and solution focused interventions. She believes in a collaborative, strength-based approach. Outpatient therapy is a service that supports healing, utilizing the internal strengths each client holds. Outside of the therapy room, Ariane enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, baking and eating good food.
