Clients can always expect a smile when meeting with Anna. Anna utilizes both a strengths focused approach as well as an attachment based approach while supporting individuals, couples, and family systems; she finds great value in building an authentic, collaborative, and trusting working relationship with those she serves. Anna takes time to understand the client’s earlier experiences, and how our pasts influence our current relationships and overall functioning. Anna loves to learn about her client’s and their unique strengths, qualities, and interests. As a therapist, Anna encourages the client to feel autonomy in the services they are receiving to ensure time spent feels both productive and supportive.
Anna has experience supporting individuals aged 10-60, and especially enjoys supporting folks with presenting symptoms associated with anxiety, trauma and stressor related disorders, maternal mental health needs, LGBTQ+ communities, and family systems.
Anna has a dog named Wally who clients might hear from time to time during sessions; she is originally from the northern Chicago suburbs, but rest assured she is not partial to their sports teams; and she enjoys being up north or traveling for self-care.
Anna is a clinician at our Virtual Clinic and only sees clients via telehealth.
