Anita received her BA in Sociology from St. Mary’s University and MS in Counseling from Texas A&M Kingsville. She has worked in education as a Teacher and School Counselor for 23 years. As an LPC Associate Anita provides services to children, adolescents, and adults using diverse therapeutic styles to meet the needs of her clients. Anita has vast experience working with clients that have concerns regarding anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-harm, stress, and healthy/unhealthy relationships. She understands therapy can be intimidating for some people, and that is why she strives to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment.
