Andy brings a passion for building out high-performing finance teams and helping businesses scale profitably. He developed his finance chops at a number of Fortune 200 companies (General Mills, Target, and CH Robinson). Most recently, he led the Finance function at Icario – a healthcare engagement company. Andy loves helping to solve complex business problems and positioning Finance as a key business partner.
Away from work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife (and high-school sweetheart) Christine and their two kids – Cam and Ellie. In the summer time, you’ll likely find Andy wakesurfing, cruising on the boat or coaching soccer. During the long, cold Minnesota winters Andy likes to… escape the long, cold winters via travel… or finds himself coaching youth hockey.
