Andrea is a Gen X mother and grandmother with over 25 years in billing, claims and collections across various specialties. She loves a challenge and investigating to find the answers to difficult questions. She has a huge heart and is always available to lend a hand to someone in need.
Andrea is happiest when she is able to submit clean claims that are sent to the payer and processed and paid with no issues but when and if needed she prides herself in making the needed updates and corrections and resolving the issue in a timely manner. She also believes that “Live, Laugh, Love” are words to live by.
