Amy Cwiklinski, LMFT

Therapist

Amy Cwiklinski graduated with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University in 2018 and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). With over seven years of experience, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the complex dynamics within families and relationships.

Amy utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches enable them to effectively address a range of issues, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Amy has experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with neurodivergence, and those struggling with emotional regulation, providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their challenges.

One of Amy’s core beliefs is that “everything is figure out-able,” and they are passionate about working collaboratively with their clients to find solutions and pathways to better mental health and relationship dynamics. They value the opportunity to learn from each person they work with, gaining insights that continually enrich them both personally and professionally. Amy finds great fulfillment in their role, especially when they witness their clients achieve goals they once thought were unattainable and begin to feel good about themselves. This aspect of their work not only brings them joy but also motivates them to continue enhancing their skills as a therapist.
