Amanda is passionate about working with individuals, couples, families, and especially children in a way which honors and respects their unique needs, identities, and values. She believes therapy is a collaborative process between clients and therapists and that a good therapeutic relationship is essential for productive therapy. Amanda values openness, acceptance, humor, and creativity, and does her best to bring these qualities into her work. Her therapeutic areas of interest and experience include anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, LGBTQ+, and trauma.
Amanda has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently a Licensed Associate of Marriage and Family Therapy, working toward independent licensure.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys drinking good coffee, singing, video and board games, learning new things every day, and playing with her kids.
