Amanda Meadows, Resident in Counseling

Therapist

Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I enjoy working with adults and teens, with a special focus on military spouses and families, to help them navigate transitions, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. My experience extends to supporting individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, divorce, narcissistic abuse recovery, and domestic violence. Whether you’re grappling with significant life transitions or seeking to break through old patterns, I’m here to offer support tailored to your needs. My approach blends mindfulness with practical strategies to foster resilience, build strength, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
