Amanda Davis-Scott, MS, LPC, PMH-C

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified trauma therapist, and perinatal mental health practitioner. She is passionate about working with families and caregivers/caretakers for individuals with physical and mental health challenges, especially parents assisting loved ones with developmental disabilities, psychosis, or mood disorders. Amanda has specialty training in working with first responders, and veterans, and working with women during and after pregnancy. Prior to joining Ellie, Amanda spent several years in public health working with individuals and families experiencing psychosis in addition to having her own private practice serving first responders and veterans. Amanda provides individual, couples, and family therapy and is trained in CBT, CBT for psychosis, EMDR, CISM, and Traumatic Incident Reduction. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling the world, and can regularly be found catching a show at local music venues.
