Alyssa Strain, LCSW, LSCSW

Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and Kansas who specializes in working with children ages 4-17. Alyssa is certified in Play Therapy and is currently working toward becoming a registered play therapist under supervision. Alyssa has experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric, crisis, and school-based settings. Alyssa is a person-centered and strength-based therapist who utilizes Child-Centered therapy, non-directive play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to support clients and their families in working toward their personal goals.
