Alyssa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who received her BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Indiana University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Mason University. Alyssa has worked closely with individuals, families, and couples managing terminal illness and grief. She utilizes an integrative approach and techniques of different theories to support her clients in their growth process.

Alyssa has a passion for working with grief, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, and anxiety in all ages, genders, and cultures. Her main goals are to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can embark on their journey towards mental well-being with confidence and hope.
