Alexis Koch, PLMHP

Therapist

Alexis is a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. She earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Her passion lies in working with children and young adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. She believes that therapy should be centered around the client, and focusing on their unique needs, goals, and aspirations. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, she will strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore, grow, and thrive. She uses a mixture of CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and person-centered techniques. These techniques help her and her clients address depression, low self-worth, relationship issues, and changes in life.
