It is a courageous decision to take the step to work on yourself and create the life that you hope for. It would be a pleasure to walk with you through your journey to become a better you. As a team, we will develop a collaborative viewpoint where we can explore and process any difficulties related to work, relationships, life changes, learn critical life skills, and create meaningful connections in your life. My passion is to break the stigma of mental illnesses and create a safe place to talk about anything that you want to work through. I earned my MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of St. Thomas. Opportunities working with adolescents in the foster care system have established my foundation in understanding the social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties in adolescents. Additionally, I have worked with adolescents and adults that had goals to improve anxiety, depression, relationships, and stress.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, niece, and working out at the gym. I am an avid dog and cat lover for sure. Are you ready to embark on a path toward healing and positive change? I am here to provide compassionate support and guidance. Let’s work together toward a brighter future.
