Adrienne Mannion, LPC

Therapist

I’m Adrienne, a therapist who approaches life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. With over six years of experience, I’ve supported teens and adults across private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Boston College and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University, but it’s my warm, down-to-earth approach that truly shapes my work.

I specialize in helping those who are struggling with depression or experiencing thoughts of suicide. In my therapy space, you’ll find a welcoming environment where we can explore the tough topics with care—whether through gentle humor, deep conversations, or simply holding space for what’s difficult. My proactive and empathetic approach aims to remind you that you’re not alone on this journey. Together, we’ll navigate the layers of pain and create a path toward healing, one step at a time.

I believe in embracing the full spectrum of who you are—light, dark, and everything in between. I’m here to help you find meaning in the struggle, rediscover hope, and transform setbacks into growth. With a blend of heart, kindness, and resilience, I’m ready to support you in becoming a stronger, more empowered version of yourself.
