Abby is a new graduate from Grand Valley State University and a licensed social worker. She is passionate about creating positive change in the lives of her clients by identifying and bolstering the strengths that they already possess. Additionally, she has experience with and a passion for working with children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum.

Abby believes in using creative and individualized evidence-based interventions that best fit the needs and personalities of her clients. In addition, she values a strong, collaborative, therapeutic relationship and uses a client-centered approach. She has experience working in a telehealth setting and believes that this can be a very effective and accessible way to do therapy, and is happy to work with individuals interested in telehealth in addition to in-person care.

Abby moved to Columbus recently from Grand Rapids, Michigan. For self-care, Abby enjoys weight lifting, crocheting, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and taking her puppy for walks in the city.
