Empowerment through Art Expression

Teenagers between the ages of 13-16

This group is for teenagers between the ages of 13-16 who want to explore their emotions through the use of art expression.

The Wellness Lab: Navigating Anxiety and Depression for young Adults

This six-session therapy group is designed to equip participants with practical tools for managing anxiety and depression. Over three sessions, participants will focus on understanding and addressing symptoms of depression, learning lifelong strategies to recognize, manage, and cope with depressive challenges. These sessions emphasize the importance of practicing new skills, giving oneself grace during setbacks, and understanding that change takes time. The remaining three sessions will focus on anxiety, helping participants increase their awareness of anxiety triggers and develop techniques to manage symptoms effectively. The goal is not to eliminate anxiety entirely but to provide a foundation for integrating these tools into daily life, fostering greater resilience and emotional well-being.
