For pregnant women

Whether this is your first pregnancy, or you are adding another child, the next several months of your life will have unique joys and challenges. Join us as we work through our hopes and our fears and support one another through this milestone in life. Saturdays 9-10 AM

Postpartum Support Group

For mothers of children up to 12 months

Pregnancy and delivery are challenging in terms of physical changes, emotional changes, and new and changing relationships. Join us as you recover and adjust to a new baby. We will celebrate your joys and support you through the challenges. Infants are welcome. Tuesdays 10-11 AM
