Sable has a Doctorate in Health Administration and is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor. Throughout her career as a clinician, non-profit manager, and teacher, Sable has worked with and advocated for all historically marginalized communities, focusing on those who identify as Black or LGBTQIA+. Utilizing a culturally humble and intersectional approach, Sable educates the community and clients’ while honoring their unique perspectives, experiences, strengths, and identities. Her areas of expertise include diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, grief/loss, family dynamics, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. In her spare time, Sable is a trained yoga instructor, and enjoys long walks, shopping, reality TV, and a friendly (but competitive!) game of ping-pong.
