Kathryn is a compassionate therapist who enjoys walking the journey with her clients and exploring how they want to best achieve wellness and healing. Her main area of focus has been with grief and loss working in hospice for 8 years, she also enjoys working with couples using the Gottman method of therapy in this work.

Kathryn believes in providing a safe place and meeting people where they are at to offer support and healing through an individualized approach. Kathryn comes from a strengths based perspective and is eclectic in the modalities she uses including cognitive behavioral techniques, solution focused, and psychodynamic approaches. She believes in treating the emotional, social, physical, and spiritual components of each individual by empowering clients and providing support, teaching coping skills and other strategies for emotional wellbeing and healthy relationships.

In her spare time Kathryn enjoys time with friends and family, her pets, reading, learning, cooking, gardening, and connecting with nature every chance she gets!
