Kanishka specializes in supporting communication, daily living, and life transitions for kids, teenagers, and young adults. She has experience working with anxiety, self-esteem, autism, depression, ADHD, college support, and life transitions. Committed to providing culturally competent care to the BIPOC community, Kanishka uses CBT, narrative therapy, and client-centered play therapy to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment. She believes in the importance of play but also offers talk therapy.
Kanishka is passionate about helping people overcome their obstacles and provides a non-judgmental space for them to feel empowered. In her free time, she enjoys coffee, puzzles, and cheesy jokes.
