Rebecca Endtricht is licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate), supervised by Dr. Timothy Brown, PhD, LPC-S, NCC. In 2023, she also obtained a certification as a yoga instructor and social-emotional learning facilitator through Breathe for Change. Rebecca has a certified therapy dog, Duke, who often works alongside her to help ease the emotional stress of clients as they work through their difficulties. She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association, American School Counselor Association, the Lone Star State School Counselor Association, and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Rebecca has spent 20 years in public education as a teacher, literacy coach, and school counselor before embarking on her LPC-Associate journey.
Rebecca has experience working with children and adolescents, as well as the adults in their lives. Her client involvement includes working with others who have ADHD, Autism, anxiety, social issues, academic and behavioral difficulties, relationship struggles, suicidal ideation, depression, trauma, grief, divorce, and stress management.
While treating clients, Rebecca believes in using a person-centered philosophy where she provides a caring, safe, and nonjudgemental environment so that her clients are free to explore their true selves, feelings, and needs. She also incorporates tools and ideas from both Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to help her clients understand themselves, what their goals are, how they can obtain those goals, and begin to independently apply therapy tools into their daily routines toward a healthy and balanced life.
