Aviva Davis, MA, is a queer therapist of color from California. She received her Master’s degree in social work from Smith College School for Social Work in 2024. Aviva has experience with young people, families, and older adults, but has been passionate about working with youths and adolescents from a young age. She has experience working with folks with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders, schizophrenia, acute trauma and crisis, and anxiety. Aviva has worked in school settings, residential settings, and family therapy settings. They are passionate about valuing and validating others’ perspectives and emotions, trusting that each individual is the expert of their own experience, and honoring the intersectional experiences of those from oppressed and minoritized backgrounds. Aviva also enjoys incorporating art and music into their work, and welcomes all forms of creative expression in the therapeutic space.
