Katesha Ford, LPC-S

Therapist

Katesha is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience walking alongside individuals in mental health, social services, and substance use settings. She earned her Master of Science in Community Agency Counseling from Jacksonville State University and brings both deep clinical knowledge and a genuinely caring presence to every session.

Katesha works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance issues, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and personality disorders. She believes healing begins in a space that feels safe, confidential, and free of judgment—where clients can exhale, be themselves, and feel understood.

Her approach to mental health therapy is warm, collaborative, and hope-filled, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with strength-based and person-centered care. Katesha tailors therapy to fit each individual’s unique needs and goals. As an Ellie Mental Health provider and Alabama therapist, she is passionate about helping clients rediscover their strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
