Cody Skelton, MS, LAPC

Cody is a pre-licensed counselor who works with children, teens, and young adults as well as couples, families, and older adults. He has years of experience working with adolescents and their families through his time working as a youth pastor, summer camp director, and a mental health counselor at a non-profit faith based organization for youth. Cody has experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, family and relational issues, OCD, and suicidal ideation. He views healthy relationships as a vital piece to the overall well being of an individual along with their faith and personal experiences. Cody’s approach to therapy is heavily influenced by his Christian values, as well as person centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Cody earned his MS in counseling from Cairn University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in youth and family ministry.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and they are determined to visit every national park at least once.
