Mike specializes in helping adults, young adults, and teens (14+) navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions using evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. He focuses on building strong client relationships and provide support for young people facing identity development, peer relationships, academic pressures, and future planning. Mike maintains open communication with parents of minors while creating a safe environment for teens. For adults, Mike address challenges related to relationships, careers, emotional regulation, and grief.

Clients can expect assessment, collaborative goal setting, deep exploration, and the development of practical coping skills. As your therapist he will be curious, diligent, patient, and prepared. Mike is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri St. Louis.
