Educational group for adults struggling with their loved one's LGBTQIA+ identity. 6 weeks, Starting Monday Nov 4th 5-6pm (Will not meet Nov.11th) Addressing questions/concerns/confusion about your loved ones LGBTQIA+ identity. Safe place to ask all the hard questions. Explains how identity develops, evolving vocabulary, why communication is so difficult (and what you can do about it), as well as the current state of LGBTQIA+ legislation and what advocacy means. Open, safe, honest conversations about our experiences. Q&A with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Personal information kept confidential by the clinicians. Work with two experienced mental health professionals who have experience with these questions. $100 Private pay, not reimbursable by insurance
