Her clinical focuses include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, parenting support, assertiveness training, and more! She uses various modalities to ensure each person she supports gets what they need, how they need it. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered care, reality therapy, choice theory, and mindfulness. Outside of therapy, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband and Irish Wolfhound. She has many indoor plants, is very into interior decorating and thrifting, and loves camping and spending time at the renaissance festival
