I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who studied Counseling at Ball State University. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities, supporting both individual clients and their families. I have worked with individuals who are managing ADHD, Autism, PTSD, OCD, symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, transition of life, relationship challenges and changes, and managing stressors throughout life and more. My goal as a therapist is to help you work through your issues, address your inner needs, and achieve your goals. I help you focus on what is most important to you by providing you a safe space to explore, express and examine the areas of your life that have been causing you stress or discomfort.
In my free time, I enjoy playing tabletop board games, traveling, reading mystery and true crime thrillers, and spending time with my family and my dogs.
