Sandy has dedicated her career to supporting people in reaching their personal goals, improving their relationships through communication, and building connections in their communities. Sandy is committed to supporting others through an authentic and collaborative approach that considers the individual’s personal values, experiences, and perspective. Sandy holds a master’s degree in Community Mental Health from Southern NH University with a certification in working with Adults with Psychiatric Disorders. Her person-centered approach to clinical mental health treatment applies concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care and mindfulness.

Sandy has extensive experience in working with adults from various populations including people with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, substance use disorder and forensic backgrounds. Sandy has provided training and education to multiple organizations in behavior and crisis management and leadership.
