Wendy practices therapy from a person-centered, humanistic perspective, valuing acceptance and authenticity. She uses skills and techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and therapeutic art-based activities. She has worked in higher-intensity mental health programs for many years, and is excited to offer support through the outpatient setting.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking with her hubby, gardening, feeding their pet squirrels (they’re actually wild), and going to Gopher Hockey games.
