Zyan Riggs is a neurodiverse and nonbinary/transmasculine Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who got their Master’s from University of Denver’s International Disaster Psychology program. Zyan is passionate about working with neurodiversity, queer identities, and/or people struggling with substances, ages 18+ to creatively problem solve, learn coping skills, build empowering authenticity, implement radical acceptance, and recognizing how systems impact mental health. Zyan takes an eclectic person-centered approach while bringing in elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
In their free time he enjoy listening to audiobooks, weaving chainmail, and RPG-ing with friends.
