Wendy Anderson, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

Wendy is a native Nashvillian and has extensive experience in community mental health. She has worked with clients of all ages in the Middle Tennessee area and has experience with all levels of mental health needs with focuses on life stressors, trauma, and grief and loss. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and young adults and takes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to helping them through their mental health journeys and build self-esteem and positive, lasting change. Wendy has a strong desire to help individuals live meaningful lives by creating a safe space for healing, self-compassion, and personal growth. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of the client, including EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, and SFBT, just to name a few.
