Victoria D. Stubbs, LICSW, LCSW-C, RMT, brings over 20 years of experience in social work and teaching, along with her intuitive skills, to create a supportive environment for healing and personal growth. Her expertise spans areas such as coming out later in life, sexuality and gender identity, anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and stress. Adopting an integrative approach to therapy, she treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—incorporating mindfulness and somatic techniques alongside traditional methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Victoria also works with couples facing disconnection in their relationship, helping them identify the root causes and patterns that keep them stuck. Through Imago Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, she guides couples to deepen their understanding of each other and develop healthier communication skills.
In her personal life, Victoria has a passion for all things culinary—whether it’s watching cooking shows, cooking herself, or attending wine festivals. She also enjoys practicing reiki and mediumship and has a love for writing.
