Victoria Ducoffe, MS, LPC-IT

Therapist

Victoria entered the field of therapy with the hope that people can find safety from their worlds in the space that is created together. Victoria strives to maintain an atmosphere of authenticity, collaboration, acceptance, and curiosity in the effort to allow each client to have their story heard and their journey explored. She believes that therapy is meant to be genuine and will match your energy no matter what with a down-to-earth, “personal cheerleader,” spirit.

Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Parkside and has experience working with individuals of all ages, from children and adolescents, to adults, couples, and families as they navigate the challenges they face with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, and more.

Victoria utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches in her work in order to allow every individual the opportunity to find a technique that is suited for their growth. She is trained in Brainspotting, a therapeutic technique designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma and emotional distress, and utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT, play, art, humor, and other mindfulness/expressive-based techniques into her practice. Victoria is dedicated to holding space for you and will be alongside you every step of the way!
