Hello, I’m Victor (he/him), I offer a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and time-limited Psychodynamic Therapy. I also have a specialty working with individuals of Asian American background, ethnic minorities, young adults, sleep disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. I have experience working with older adults, using CBT to address common concerns such as loneliness, grief, chronic health issues, and life transitions. Drawing from evidence-based techniques and a deep understanding of psychodynamic principles, I work collaboratively with my clients to explore underlying patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be hindering personal growth.
