Vicky Ge, M.Phil.Ed

Therapist

Vicky believes therapy should be a space where you can truly be yourself, and my role is to walk alongside you, understand what you’re going through, and support you in finding a path forward that feels meaningful to you. Her approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support both insight and meaningful change. She also enjoys incorporating creative approaches, including art and play-based techniques, to help you express yourself in ways that feel more natural and less overwhelming when words are hard to find.

She has experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, gender dysphoria, and relationship challenges. She received my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. As a bilingual therapist from China, she speaks both English and Mandarin and she is deeply committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care. She warmly welcomes individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as members of LGBTQ+ communities.

Reaching out can be a meaningful first step, and she would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
