Vanessa McClintock, LPC


Vanessa views the therapeutic journey as a necessary piece in the puzzle of life and aims to create a space and relationship that feels comfortable and balanced. Vanessa has over 5 years of experience in the mental health field and has found a natural fit in working with adults who are feeling “stuck” or are experiencing challenging life transitions. Using humor, empathy, empowerment, and curiosity, Vanessa can help clients recognize their potential, identify limitations, and learn and implement skills to enhance their journey. Vanessa utilizes an integrative approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic therapy as she collaborates with clients to reach better understandings and become “unstuck” along the way. When Vanessa is out of the office you can find her coaching or training at her CrossFit gym, or spending time with her family and her black lab.
