She works with individuals (ages 16+), couples, and athletes—past and present—supporting concerns such as trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and borderline personality disorder. She also helps current and former athletes work through identity transitions, performance pressure, injury-related stress, motivation concerns, and mindset barriers.

Vanessa’s approach is modern, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Her sessions provide a calm, supportive space where clients can explore their stories, build emotional resilience, strengthen mindset, and move forward with confidence.

Vanessa became a therapist because she believes every person deserves empathy, curiosity, and compassion on their healing journey. She walks alongside her clients—reminding them that whatever they’re carrying, they don’t have to carry it alone.
